At Hind Pharma, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. We offer returns within 15 days of order delivery under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• Customer must physically visit our shop at Kanta Toli, Ranchi to return the item
• Original purchase receipt or order confirmation is required

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Cut medicines or medicines with broken seals
• Used or partially used medicines
• Medicines without original packaging
• Prescription medicines that have been dispensed

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

To process a return, please follow these steps:

1. Visit our shop at Hind Pharma, Kanta Toli, Ranchi within 15 days of order delivery
2. Bring the product in its original packaging along with the purchase receipt
3. Our staff will inspect the product to ensure it meets return criteria
4. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase:

• Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, etc.) within 5-7 business days
• Cash on Delivery: Refunded in cash at the time of return at our shop

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

In such cases, we will arrange for replacement or full refund including shipping charges, without requiring you to visit our shop.
