Calpol 500 mg Tablet is a trusted over-the-counter analgesic and antipyretic that contains paracetamol (500 mg) as the active ingredient. It is indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain—such as headaches, toothaches, muscle aches, period pain—and for reducing fever.
